Although sweat is meant to manage body temperature, it causes body odor and when bacteria react with it. Control too much sweating with antiperspirants. They are metal salts apply to block the sweat glands and stop the sweat from coming to the skin surface. There are various brands accessible in the market. Select the one which is appropriate for your skin.

Vary your clothes often in the summer. Do not keep on tiring the sweaty clothes even when they dry. They still carry the bacteria that can merely be cleared by washing them.
Few foods and drinks like caffeinated drinks, garlic also onions can make you sweat excessively or create the odor worse. Avoid them as far as possible.
Discuss with your doctor if the odor and extreme sweating is caused by some medication or disease. Your doctor will be able to advise some medication for the illness or else modify your medicine if it is causing extreme sweat.
