Fatty foods can cause depression

We now have another reason to keep off fats and fatty food. It's not our body, but our mind is too affected by the bad fats in the food.
A report, published in the International Journal of Obesity, marked that high fat foods are indeed soothing, but that their good feel effect has an addictive quality, directing to a comedown that makes depression.
Fatty foods can cause depression
Foods high in intense fat such as hamburgers, cheese, ice cream and butter, have been shown to induce inflammation throughout the body - including the brain, and this inflammation could cause changes that direct to negative moods. Fatty acids in these foods vary proteins in brains that direct to emotional changes. This successively affects our emotional stability and we suffer bouts of anxiousness and depression.
Docter says In the short-term, high-fat food looks comforting, but in the long-term, and with increasing fattiness (fat mass) it is having bad effects on mood. We know that diet is a large contributor to the obesity epidemic all over the world." High fat content forms the mind and body dull is what was observed
