Production about TOM CRUISE's Newest film sparked a panic among residents of an English village this week (ends09Sep12) when the voice of gunfire rang out across the neighborhood.
Scared residents in the village of Abbots Langley phoned police on Thursday nighttime (06Sep12) to report gun shots being fired, instigating officers from Hertfordshire Constabulary to set up an investigation.
They soon detected the gun fire had been coming from the near Leavesden Studios, where Cruise has been shooting his new film All You Need is Kill with British actress Emily Blunt.
A representative for the studios then supported the shots were part of rehearsals for the film.
A police spokesman states local paper the Watford perceiver, "At about 9pm (during Thursday), police found 2 stories of the voice of distant gunshot from members of the public in the Abbots Langley moreover north Watford regions. Officers adjoined protection at Leavesden Studios who supported that shooting rehearsals regarding the usage of firearms had been coming about at that place throughout the evening."
