element to initiate collagen for a healthy skin.

"Vitamin C is an ingredient which has attained fame due to its anti aging property. It also works as an anti-oxidant and slows down the rate of free radical damage which results in dryness, fine lines and wrinkles" said Dobbie.

Whether your skin requires post summer nutriment and shelter from the rough winter period onwards, Dobbie advises some useful tips to help you survive in beauty game this autumn season.

Purify gently: Cleansing of your face is very important to remove the makeup, sweat, dirt and smog so, cleans your face daily. If you left the makeup or not cleans your face before sleeping, these elements will seep through your pores and causes spots and acne on your face. Working women mostly use face wipes which are easy to use and buy, but it also has negative aspect and  it can be the host of many skin problems and immature wrinkles. Therefore, it is better to select a good and moisturising cleansing milk.

Regenerate with a serum: Dry air and falling temperature are the factors which results in dull and desiccated skin. To avoid this situation and to keep your skin healthy and moist it's a good idea to use a rich serum for your beauty regime.

TLC for your lips: If you want to avoid the chapped and cracked lips in winter, then condition your lips before winter.
